Hefe-Weißbier Naturtrüb

The no. 1 Hefe-Weißbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas.

Hefe-Weißbier Non-Alcoholic

Less calories than an apple spritzer without any compromises! Even though it has less than 115 kcal / 500 ml, our Hefe-Weißbier Non-Alcoholic has the same full Weissbier flavour as its big brother: Unfiltered, refreshing and vitalising. A great thirst quencher, which can turn a break in your day into a Bavarian taste experience.

Hefe-Weißbier Dunkel

The unusually high content of finest Munich malt turns this dark version of wheat beer into an intensive taste experience: Light chocolate, cocoa and tropical fruit flavours impress first. Then wheat, malt and sparkling roast aroma. Hefe-Weißbier Dunkel is a muscular beer. Unfiltered, strong and nutty. At the same time, smooth and soft to the taste. A great accompaniment for any meal. And it even convinces many true wine fans.

Ur-Dunkel

The intense malty character of this dark lager beer comes from the dark-kilned malt used in the brewing process. It defines the rich, dark Ur-Dunkel which is brewed according to a traditional recipe. Foregoing the filtration process emphasizes its pleasant caramel and roasted-malt notes, which are completed by the pleasant aromas of the ancient hop variety used.

Oktoberfest Bier

Ever since 1818 we have brewed our bottom-fermented Oktoberfest Bier during Oktoberfest – Germany’s favourite Oktoberfest beer and a true institution in Munich. The glass is full of October sunshine, strong and golden. The perfect balance of a light taste of hops and a strong note of malt. A feast of a beer, which always goes down well. This beer is only brewed for the Oktoberfest. That’s where it belongs, along with all the fun of the fair like the Ferris wheel and roasted almonds.

Salvator

Our brewing history begins with this beer. And the history of strong beer in Bavaria – it was the Paulaner monks, who invented this bottom-fermenting double bock. We have been brewing the Salvator for over 375 years – always according to the original recipe, which was continuously refined over the years: The head is the colour of caramel and the beer is chestnut brown, combined with a seductive flavour of chocolate to give a pleasing intensity on the palate. Hereto comes the finest Munich malt, rounded off by a light note of hops in the background.

Münchner Urtyp

Brewed stronger and with a higher wort content than the Münchner Hell, Münchner Urtyp shines in the glass like the sun on a late summer day in Bavaria. A Lager in its most concentrated form. Strong malt aroma impresses, followed by the clear, rounded flavour of Hallertau hops – with a surprising note of apples. An ideal combination, which adds a characteristic note of gentle bitterness to the more intensive flavours of the original wort. Soft, strong and full-flavoured.

Münchner Hell

A true classic of essential Munich and Bavarian food and drinks. Clear and sparkling bright golden in the glass, crowned by a pure white head, it is usually drunk in the shade of a chestnut tree according to tradition. A beer which always goes down well: mild, elegant malts with a hint of sweetness and a soft hint of hops in the background. This is pure Bavarian life style!

Münchner Märzen

This full-bodied, amber-coloured beer with it typical strong malt aroma used to be brewed in order to survive the summer without refrigerators, as this beer keeps particularly well.

A taste of the old days. A silky matt brilliance and a velvety, full-bodied taste. Our Kellerbier exudes seductive hues of golden honey as it shimmers in the light. This is a beer of inimitable character – authentic and gutsy, yet eminently quaffable and refreshingly mild and light.

Hacker-Pschorr Kellerbier

A timeless gem. Intensive golden yellow in colour – with a full-bodied and mild taste. Our Münchner Gold closely resembles our Münchner Hell in terms of taste and mainly owes its popularity to a slightly higher original gravity and the malty note. A real treat for true beer connoisseurs!

Hacker-Pschorr Münchner Gold

The Original Oktoberfest beer, available only around Oktoberfest season. Our Oktoberfest Beer is the light-coloured version of the traditional Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen. The Original has firmly established itself at the Munich Oktoberfest and meanwhile wins out against the traditional darker Märzen. The Original boasts a golden amber color, typical malt aromas, defined by the various malting barley from the Bavarian countryside, complemented by a pleasantly light hoppy note — a taste sensation for every beer connoisseur.

Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfestbier

Our hearty Oktoberfest speciality – Dark honey glow – Distictive taste, wonderfully drinkable. Centuries of tradition and brewing expertise play equal roles in the making of this beer. Our Märzen spoils the nose with fruity notes of cassis and earthy tones reminiscent of cedar. A beer with a distictive, unique caracter – but still very mild and a joy to drink.

Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen

Our traditional Weißbier. A soft sparkling beer with an aromatic and mild character. The silky shine and intense golden yellow hue of our Weissbier, topped off with a compact and creamy head of froth, is truly a magnificent sight.

Hacker-Pschorr Weissbier

A very nice, crisp, clean and refreshing beer to start off a night. Lively carbonation lead to a pleasant mouthfeel with complex flavors. Honestly, this is pretty damn easy to drink!
